Arey Properties specializes in acquiring and repositioning undervalued commercial properties in the office, retail and industrial sectors that are below replacement cost and in need of capital and operational expertise to improve performance. Our firm seeks to enhance the value of the properties it acquires through remodeling, repositioning and/or adaptive reuse in order to attract and retain high quality tenants.
Arey Properties employs a design-driven focus with respect to such renovations, coordinating with architects and designers to ensure that our properties distinguish themselves from the competition.
Fee Development
In special situations, Arey Properties strategically partners with both individual and corporate clients to effectively fee develop a range of both residential and commercial properties. While the majority of our developments are primarily focused on projects that are owned by our company, we possess the capability and extensive experience necessary to build a wide variety of additional properties to suit various needs. With our in-house unlimited General Contractors license, coupled with over 20 years of comprehensive ground-up construction experience, the dedicated Arey Properties team is exceptionally well-equipped to handle diverse project requirements and overcome challenges that may arise during the development process.
